Once the web site has opened up simply click on the share button on the screen.

At the top of the screen is a number (xxx-xxx-xxx), simply provide this number to your service and support technician and we will be immediately be able to assist you.

If you wish to allow your support technician to remotely control your screen you will be asked to click on the icon at the top of your screen that looks like a mouse.  Simply click on this button to grant your support technician remote access to your computer.
